From 2008 to 2011 I spent three brilliant years living and working in Brno in the Czech Republic. It’s difficult to put into words everything I love about the town and the country, so I decided to make a video instead. It’s about 20 minutes and shows my pictures and videos from the time I was there. I also tried to include as many people as possible. I hope you enjoy it and that it inspires you to visit this fascinating, little-known city in the east of the Czech Republic.

Enjoy!
Sounds like taking the job in Brno was one of those decisions you’ll be happy you made for the rest of your life! May you enjoy your new job and home too!

Cool video…glad to hear you enjoyed your time in Czech. I’m currently committed to a contract in the Middle East, but I have been looking into BRNO for a while now. I do have a number of years in EFF/ESL teaching experience and I am wondering what schools, conversation language schools specifically, as a foot in the door I suppose, you might recommend and/or rule out in the city.
Looking forward to your response!

Hi Eirich,
I worked at IH, but I know that Park and ( think) Brno English Centre are supposed to be quite good too. Brno’s a beautiful place to live. Good luck!
